What a lovely surprise for my birthday! A massage and facial and manicure… Very impressed with their professionalism and hospitality, very friendly in a warm welcoming environment. I’ve gotten massages here in the past but we’re never as good as the one I received from Kris. Thanks for an awesome, memorable day!

I can’t say enough good things about Contours Salon & Day Spa. I had my hair and makeup done for my wedding and I had a fantastic team. From the start they were very professional, talented and welcoming. They invited me in a few times before for trial hair and makeup and make the experience unforgettable. I truly felt like a princess.
On my wedding day, several hair and makeup artists came to help get me and my bridesmaids ready. I was blown away by how many people showed up with a smile on their faces all truly excited for my wedding day. Everyone was very happy with their hair and makeup and we all looked flawless in pictures. My expectations were blown away.

I have been coming to Kiki for 6 years and she is the only one who can do my hair. I had long hair forever, would not let anyone cut it short but she convinced me and I love it!!! Very professional and friendly!

Contours is one of the best salons in CT you will ever go to. In my opinion, one of the many reasons why it sets itself apart of the rest is the owner, Isabella. She runs a tight ship. She has high expectations and everyone knows it. She keeps all her employees (from this who clean the salons, to receptionists, to stylists) on their toes. And you know what goes along with high expectations? Amazing service and results. You WILL get the best haircut, color, and blowout you’ve ever had here. Peter, her husband and co-​owner, is almost always at the salon too, often the front desk. He’s always so welcoming and helpful. I’ve also had a facial, manicure, pedicure, and massage here and they all have been superb.
I’ve been in a wedding party (bride, maid of honor, bridesmaids, mother of the bride) that decided to have their hair and make up done here. We were treated extra special and our make up (they have bare escentuals amongst other quality makeup products) looked flawless, and our hairstyles (some up dos, some left long and in loose tossled waves) looked gorgeous.
You take time out of your day and go to a high class salon, spending that extra money, because you deserve it right? Well Contours won’t leave you disappointed. Oh and they have THE BEST products for your hair and your skin (love, love, love the Guinot line of skincare) and boutique like accessories (hair jewelry, rings, earrings, wristlets/​purses). After having a service done, I can’t leave without buying something!

I recently got an e-​mail from Contours because their new computer system determined that I had not visited there in a long time. Since they wanted customers to try them again, they offered me a complimentary shampoo and style as well as a manicure.
This time, I felt very welcome there. A nice man (owner?) opened the door for me and everyone greeted me with a smile and offered me something to drink and eat; how cool was that!
Tatiana gave me a beautiful pink manicure. She was very gentle and soothing. I loved her hand massages and really got the junk away from my cuticles. She had the softest hands.
Next, Jasmine did my hair. She had such a sweet persona and gave me the best blowout ever. I loved how she incorporate a scalp massage in the shampoo. She transformed my hair from being dull and dry to shiny and voluminous. I’m not one who looks at herself in the mirror, but I just couldn’t stop looking at myself.
Contours is a place worth spending extra for! When I go for my next major haircut, I will look into this place. The location is definitely convenient from my work.

I have been getting my hair done at Contours for years. I just had a Brazilian Blowout with Rachel and it’s nothing short of AMAZING! My hair has never looked better. 2 days later, I got caught in a downpour and my hair stayed perfectly smooth and sleek. Rachel took such care and effort throughout the Brazilian Blowout process — the scalp massage during the deep conditioning was an extra bonus! She was very knowledgable about the Brazilian Blowout product and has been well trained in it. The results prove it! Thank you Rachel and thank you Contours!

I love Contours. Service is totally professional and friendly every single time. After going for the past 6 years for everything from haircuts/​color, waxing, spray tanning, nails, makeup, skincare, massages and other services, the Contours employees now feel like family and the place feels almost like a second home.
The policy regarding trying different stylists is outstanding. I have never been made to feel guilty or disloyal for switching stylists or trying someone new; in fact, it’s encouraged. Products are top-​notch, particularly the skincare lines. Employees are awesome — competent, professional, friendly. You’ll never be treated in a way that is anything other than totally classy and professional, which is the primary reason I’m a long-​time client. I’m treated with respect, kindness and as a friend.
Prices are what one would expect from an upscale salon. To me, the quality of the experience merits the prices. Stylists bill at all different amounts based on their level of experience, so it’s possible to find someone good at many different price ranges. I’ve never had a haircut that I didn’t like at any price level.
In particular, I adore Ann, who’s an aesthetician. She gives excellent facials and skincare consultations and recommends the right products for your skin but is never pushy about selling to you. She truly cares about her clients’ skin and has a very professional manner. I always look great after a visit with Ann.
I can’t recommend this salon highly enough. I’ve tried other places in a pinch, but I just keep returning to Contours.

Done yet? Good. Thanks. I’m not a typical «give me a number 2 all the way around» kind guy, so I do care where I get it cut and for that matter, who cuts it.
I’ve been going here for quite a while now. My commitment is shown in my willingness to, year after year, drive down here from Boston [North Easton, Quincy, Downtown Boston, and/​or Medford, depending on the year] to get my hair snip snapped. Now that i’m temporarily local again, the distance has diminished quite a bit, but — I digress.
Don’t get me wrong, i’ve tried other places, but it never comes out as good. Hey, maybe I suck at explaining how I want my hair cut. I can live with that. My fault or not — they do good work. A lot of other places cut it too short, or cut it so straight I look like Lloyd Christmas on a good day. (Dumb & Dumber reference.) I like to come out with just a shorter version of the crazy spiked whateverness I walked in with.
I can always tell they did a good job when I come home from getting a haircut and my dad looks at me, pauses, and then tells me that I should «go get a haircut.»
I would recommend Kiki and/​or Rihanna (no, not THAT one) but anyone they hire would be a good choice. I like going to the same person because I can just go in and sit there and i don’t have to explain a thing.
On another note, Contours has been doing my mom’s hair for years, and she does the whole 6-​hour experience (cut, color, …other hair things) and she’s always happy — and trust me, if she’s not happy, she would be the first one to tell you.
The people are super friendly, there is always fresh coffee and some sort of food (bagels, pastries, and/​or mini sandwiches) to munch on when you get there /​before you leave.
Not the cheapest place in the world, but in the grand scheme of things, $ 41 for a guy’s haircut every 9 weeks isn’t a big deal.
