The dentist was average, but the staff that makes payment arrangements and return appointments was horrible and lied to me twice.
The dentist told me he would rush my partial because I was changing insurance. Staff told me that it was held up at manufacturer for an additional month because someone there went on vacation. I was later told by dental assistant that they didn’t even send it off for two weeks.
So then I have a &1000 balance because of insurance. I ask for a self pay discount and was told that I could try a small percentage off. I make payments on it and on my final payment she told me the discount was only offered for that one day and I still had to pay it in full before I get my partial.
Needless to say I canceled my follow up and will never go to them again.
