After having an initial bad experience at an auto parts garage in Hunts Point, Bronx with a part that i ordered & was «guaranteed» to be coming in the following day and of course never came, I was told I’d have to wait a week (time that i did not have).
I then googled auto parts stores in northern New Jersey and began making phone calls for my hard to find part. Advanced Auto parts was one of the five or six stores i called. Not only were they the only store to have the part on site, but Rocky was very courteous & took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. In addition, their price was lower than most of the other stores i called.
While waiting to pick up the part I was able to see that my experience was typical for this business. Rocky, his father & the other employees were very friendly & went out of their way to provide great service. I will definitely return here for any & all auto part needs.

Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Went to this place for a few parts for my car and when I got to the store I had forgotten the paper I had written it on. Disappointed, I was reassured by the helpful staff and treated well as they took my info and looked up on a computer what I needed. Furthermore, one of the staff pointed out about a rebate they have for engine additives now and with $ 5 rebate I will end up saving $ 3 from my original purchase. Maybe I’m just lucky today but I haven’t been too many auto parts stores that have this great of service.
