I’ve gone to this location 2 times sense I’ve moved to the area. I will not be returning. The first time I visited this Subway location there was a very sick and sneezy girl at the cash register, she was sneezing and stuffy and clearly sick. I would have walked straight out if she was making my sandwich. The second and last time I came to this restaurant(today) the first girl behind the line was wiping her sweaty forehead with the back of the gloved hand, then she would walk to the back hall and place her gloved hand on the wall as she was talking to someone in the back, she came back to the front and kept making people’s sandwiches with the same gloves. My sandwich was passed off to a young boy for toppings and he plunked handfuls of lettuce and pickles in random piles. Not caring to spread them out at all, he wrapped up my sandwich and passed it off to the register lady. I stepped to the register and stood there for minutes with no greeting or acknowledgement from her while she loaded her change into a change dispenser. Finally I asked«how are you» she replied«fine» and continued to load her change. She finished and walked away. Back comes the young man, he rings up my order and proceeds to try to load my sandwich into a plastic bag he gets one end in and veggies start falling from the sloppily wrapped sandwich into my bag. I asked him to remove it and wrap it in another sheet. Overall there’s a million sandwich shops you could go to and have a way more pleasant and cordial experience. I would suggest steering clear of this subway.

Subs are made okay, but always understaffed and very slow to make the sandwiches. Usually one person and line of over 4 or 5 people. I’ve been in there twice now with employees fighting with each other.

There are more than enough Subway’s to go around. So when one is particularly good it stands out, and when is not so hot, it also stands out. I have had a quick sandwich at this place a couple of times and I am not hurrying back. Maybe it is the way the owners manage portion control, or maybe it is poor training of the staff, but given that within 5 minutes, I can be at a better Subway or a better competitor; like a Jimmy John’s, I choose to go elsewhere. Maybe all that can or will change as places like this change hands and managers, but for now it’s a «pass» for me.

Super nice staff! Plenty of seating, clean and new. Best Subway of any that I have been to in the metro area.
