I wont write a long review. All I will say is, I apologized for the great hard working sales person Dianna, who went out of her way to assist my car buying needs.
After she refunded my down payment, I went to another MB dealer and found the car Dianna’s boss claimed no other dealer has in stock to justify the lousy deal he offered me.
I was able to make a deal abd save $ 5000.
Dianna gets 5 stars, Bloomfield Mercedes Benz gets 3 stars and the «GM» gets no stars.

Started a search for a new car last week and the customer experience was top notch. Not in a rush, literally started looking, and just wanted to get a sense of size and design for the SUVs of all the interested makes and models. Aaron came by as soon as I entered and was very helpful in providing information and not pushing towards a sale. Audi and Cadillac didn’t even bother to see if I needed help, so definitely won’t be going back there to give them my business.
It’s down to MB and BMW, and I’d definitely recommend coming here for a no pressure sales experience.

There was a recall on my vehicle for a connector in the rear tail light. That simple issue has caused me much frustration. The tail light would switch on and off (and sometimes remain on) even when my vehicle was not on. The defect even caused my battery to die so once I received my recall notice I was happy the company finally acknowledged their faulty workmanship.
I called on a Wednesday and was able to schedule my appointment for Saturday (no problem). Arrived on Saturday at 8:47 am; only 2 cars ahead of me (no problem). Was greeted immediately and given instruction to head to the counter to have the paperwork written up (no problem). Once I’m done with the paperwork I’m told I can have a seat in the waiting area where there are granola bars, coffee and tea, water, Wi-​Fi, seating and a television (no problem).
Shortly after I settled in my service person came in to tell me it would be about 15 more minutes which made my total time spent about 1 hour. Not bad at all on a Saturday morning. If I did have one issue it would be one that the dealership can’t outright control; the pretentiousness in the air. (In my Lucy from Charlie Brown voice after being kissed by Snoopy).YYYAAACCCCKKKK!
I hate having my car serviced at MB dealerships just as much as I hate shopping at Somerset (problem). As my Grandmother Rose would say, «the airs that people in these environments put on is just ridiculous» (problem). Yeah, you have what people perceive to be a high end vehicle, sooooo what. Thank goodness my service writer was accommodating. She didn’t come off as the heir to MB (as I’ve experienced before). She even copied and submitted some paperwork to help me get reimbursed for some out of pocket expenses that the tail light caused.
So with the exception of the «faux» people I encountered, all in all, I had a decent visit. Oh yeah, they washed the outside of my vehicle after the service!

Horrible sales guy, AJ and Mirko. Both have lied several times about vehicles. AJ is probably the worst. He sells the most vehicles per month, so the manager will always keep him there. But AJ is extremely shady, stay away at all costs.
If they don’t get their way, or if you change your mind, he will pressure you incessantly. I changed my mind after signing the lease paper, and decided I wanted to buy the car instead. He flipped out and refused.
I will never buy from this dealership again.

I have had some dealings with sales and service at Mercedes-​Benz of Bloomfield Hills. My salesman was Mirko Gjorgjevski. Okay. He sells cars. That might make you think less of him. Frankly, as a car salesman, I love this guy. He’s a personable guy. He’s fairly knowledgeable, and he’s always been helpful to both me, and my wife.
In the Fall of 2011, I was looking for a new vehicle. Frustrated with Fred Lavery Porsche Audi Land Rover, who basically lost a sale by not calling me back to set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle – not to mention their lackluster service department – I went up the street to M-​B of Bloomfield Hills. After checking out JD Power reviews on both car brands, and car dealerships, the decision to check out M-​B of Bloomfield Hills was sealed. I noted both that M-​B was in the top 5 for initial quality, and that the M-​B dealership experience was highly rated. Both of those factors are of high importance to me, and I’m willing to pay more to get it.
I was greeted warmly at the dealership. They hooked me up with Mirko. We talked about my desire for a daily driver with all-​wheel-​drive to replace my VW Passat which had become unreliable in the role of a daily driver. Winter was coming, and I was interested in doing a deal – if they had a car I liked. I was interested in a Bluetec diesel. Mirko took me out on a test drive in such a vehicle. He did all the selling one expects a salesman to do. I can’t fault the spiels. I was impressed by the car. He also sold me on the dealership. What was also impressive was that he sent his guy out to appraise my VW, which I said I was thinking of trading in, while we were out on the test drive. How’s that for service? How’s that for respecting my time? At the time, it seemed both presumptuous, and over-​confident, but I knew it would save me time. So I assented.
In subsequent dealings with the dealership, the service department has treated me well. Mirko has helped me and my wife out with some things like having a remote starter put in the car. At no point have we ever felt that something was lacking when it came to service there. Another great convenience/​luxury was the M-​B rental via Enterprise rental car, who had a representative sitting there at the M-​B of Bloomfield Hills service department. I’m not sure if they do this anymore, but I haven’t needed that service since the one time I used it. A free loaner car, especially a Mercedes-​Benz, would be nicer, but I haven’t really needed one since.
Overall, I have had great dealings with Mercedes-​Benz of Bloomfield Hills. Thankfully, they are located very close to where we live.

This is regarding Service.
Logan is a great guy! He’s knowledgable and just an all around great person. He is personable, truthful, and welcoming. I enjoyed my multiple experiences with him.
Steve, service manager and I had to chat due to his rude and clearly less experienced cashier. I was suppose to pick up my car on Tuesday and I called in at 5:45pm (service closes at 5pm and I did not know that). When I called she stated that they left for the day and there is nothing she can do about it. I clearly got upset that she was offering no solution or acting empathic towards my situation. At the end of the day, it’s her job to show she cares not repeat 4 times in the conversation «services closes at 5pm and I can’t do anything for you». I asked to speak to a manager and she said she would send me to voicemail and no one is available.
I didn’t get my car till the next day and did not speak to a manager until the next day. Steve was great. A little surprised I wasn’t offered a free oil change or something given I came in for a $ 4,000 service on the car. I was assured he would train the inexperienced girl on the phone which makes me happy he took my complaint to heart and I am happy others might hopefully not experience the same thing however, that does not directly make me happy or as appreciated.
