Manager

Joe has been in banking and residential lending since 1989. He has a wealth of experience as both a Loan Officer and a Market Manager at major financial institutions in metro Detroit. He is now the Team Lead for Southeast Michigan, and a producing Loan Officer at Lake Pacor Home Mortgage. Lake Pacor is a delegated approval correspondent lender; meaning they can close loans quickly, as they underwrite and fund mortgages using their own money prior to transferring servicing. Joe prides himself on exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and an understanding of how to get loans closed. He specializes in jumbo mortgages and purchase transactions.
