Terrible terrible service! Waited 1 hour and 10 mn for my food, called three times was either put on hold and no one could help me or was told the driver was on his way. No one offered to help me or give me a different solution, money back, fresh order, nothing! Can’t believe they treat customers this way! Horrible experience.

Not really sure what’s every body’s problem with this jimmy john’s it’s as good as any other JJ that I’ve been to. Fast, food taste good, and it’s cheap.

Everything I have ordered from here, I have had to wait at least 15 – 20 minutes for my food. Sometimes they call to apologize and let me know my food is on the way, other times it’s a surprise. This JJ is the only one close to my house, so it’s a shame that the service is absolutely awful.

Try to avoid this Jimmy Johns if you can. The workers are surly, slow and frequently get the order wrong. The Woodward location in Birmingham is significantly better.

The instance of JJ was more freaky adequate than fast or good. The staff seemed bored and tired at a little before 7 on a wintry Thursday night. They were talking about going home. The food was of average JJ quality at slower than average JJ speed. It works but don’t expect a wow.

What can I say… I am not a Jimmy John’s fan and this visit did nothing to move me toward being a fan. Giving this location a 3 star rating — if you like Jimmy John’s you’ll most likely enjoy this shop.
