Business Owner

Tom Cahillane, President of Diligent Management & Consulting Services, has been in the field of nonprofit development for more than 25 years. During his career, Tom has provided counsel to hospitals, transitional living centers, faith based organizations, drug addiction treatment facilities, health care providers, veteran groups, children and teen charities, public service programs and educational organizations. His specialty is call center development and contact center database management.
