History
Established in 2005.
After graduating from The Culinary Institute of Arts in New York, chef Zack Sklar moved back to Michigan to start Cutting Edge Cuisine. After five years, we are the fastest growing catering company around. We have served private individuals as well as some of the more well know companies around. We cater in over 25 different venues and can find a perfect place to hold any size party.

Culinary Institute of America grad. Grew up in Farmington Hills and moved back to create a unique catering company. Has guided CEC to double its sales every year for the past five years. Zack lives and breathes cooking and his enthusiasm and love for great food are the essential ingredient in every event we cater.
