I am traveling and called the office to request a B12 Shot, which they provide. I typically see a naturopathic doctor in California. Since I travel a lot for work I typically call up a local place and have my doctor fax in a note. This has NEVER been a problem and most doctors are happy to administer the shot. I have been able to do this in Michigan and elsewhere… When I called their office, they refused to help stating«if you are not a patient, it is not our problem». I let my naturopathic doctor know and he said he was in shock to hear that. Typically all doctors are happy to help someone traveling since B12 is hard to travel with(needs to be kept chilled and away from light). By the way the treated me on the phone it seemed that this is a place where they don’t really show much empathy to the patients unless they are making money of you.
