I had the absolute worst manicure I’ve ever had last Saturday at this location.
First, I made an appointment for me and 2 of my girlfriends to all receive manicures. We showed up and they had clearly forgotten about our appointments, although when I gave her my name I saw the appointments on the screen. We waited 30 minutes and I was brought back to start. The nail tech proceeded to rush to do me and my 2 friends one at a time! So much for a relaxing experience. No hot towel, no lotion massage, nothing. He hurt me and I told him it was hurting. He kept apologizing but he kept doing it. Next, he made my friend bleed. Finally, it was insanely expensive compared to Birmingham.
Now, 2 days later my shellac manicure has completely chipped off of 3 fingers! Both of my friends shellac is also chipping. And to top it off 2 of my fingers have scabs from him cutting me.
I will absolutely never return to this salon.

The staff is very nice, friendly and give great manicures and pedicures. They have remodeled and looks much better. It is also clean. I would just recommend they communicate more with clients. They give great shellac manicures and I love that one can make appointments too.

Was recommended by my co-​worker & boss to come to this place. The place is well lit, nicely decorated, with a modern look. I love that part of it, because like most general nail salons I’ve gone to, have a very outdated/​dirty look.
I’ve gotten shellac manicure done here twice now. Different technicians both times and I have to say I’m really happy with both experiences! They both were so kind and nice and did a great job on my manicure. I would recommend and & return.

Great manicure. Quick and clean. Michael did my nails and he was thorough but speedy. The salon is modern and clean. Price was a bit pricier but I feel like I got my money’s worth. Would come back again!

Over the past 6 weeks I’ve had 1 full set and 2 fills done at this location each time with a different nail tech. The full set was lovely. However, both fills were a hot mess; lumpy and with all manner of ridges along the edges. I will not darken this door again.

Love this place! This nail salon is super clean and the staff here is awesome! Everyone is friendly and does a great job! This is my go to place for manicures and pedicures. I’ve done shellac before too but nails are not strong enough for it.

This place is a joke. It’s 2 mins from my house so it’s convenient. I walk into this place on Friday at 7:10 pm. I notice the hours are till 730pm. I’m thinking ok that’s 20 mins from closing so I should be cool. I walk in tell them I need a manicure (young girl at the front says ok). I walk to the restroom in the back only to return and be told that everyone is busy. Also, once they finish it will be 730pm and that’s closing time. She had the nerve to ask if I would like to make an appt for tomorrow. I’m pretty confident that the owner was not there and hope they read it. Clueless.

I’ve been going to Bloomfield Nails & Spa for a few years ago. It doesn’t matter what day or time of day you go, they’re always busy! But they are always great at getting you in and out quickly when you’re in a rush. Their salon is super clean and organized and the staff is really friendly. They do a great job everytime! I always recommend them!

Dirty and worst manicure ever. The man who did my manicure cut me twice. Two of the employees were arguing at front desk how much to charge 1 12 year old for a polish change, right in front of the customer.

I simply won’t return here for numerous reasons. There was debris floating in the pedi water bowl… it was clear that with a giant hole in the plastic liner the previous technician failed to clean out the bowl and my technician didn’t notice or didn’t care. The technician also cut my finger and it bled and still hurts several days later… hopefully it won’t blossom into an infection. Prices are cheap but it isn’t worth it. Go elsewhere.
