Bloomfield Auto Wash

Like all the reviews about this place, I would discourage anyone to pay even $ 3. After The wash this morning arrived at my office realizing that the car wasn’t hardly clean lots of salt still I returned during my lunch hour to complain and was rudely turned away despite the fact there were people in line behind me rather than letting me pass through the wash again the guy moved the barrels and told me to leave. There are many other establishments in the area would appreciate and guarantee their business and I will never return.

Have you ever tried to submit a zero star review? Why is that not possible? Too bad all car washers don’t use Unilocal before driving their $ 30,000 car through a car wash. They would definitely turn around and drive against traffic to get out of this place.
First, when I drove up and asked for $ 5 car wash ($ 4 is the cheaper one), they said that I have to pay an extra dollar for the mud on the car! Are you serious? Should I come to the car wash with a clean car so I don’t get a surcharge?
The service is terrible. They treat you like they are doing you a favor rather than earning your business. The guy was more focused on his mobile phone than taking care of customers.
I tried to like the place since I live less than a mile away and they do a lot of fundraisers for school groups. Based on the experience I had, maybe they’re scamming the kids and not giving them much of a cut. Maybe they would have no customers if it weren’t for the kids waving the signs in front of the car wash. Either way, it doesn’t matter. TURN AROUND. DON’T GO!

Why does the deranged person who takes your money at the car wash’s entrance still work there? My wife came home in tears after being cursed at and disrespected by this jerk. I see by reading these reviews that this kind of treatment is par for the course for Bloomfield Auto Wash customers. We’ll never patronize this place again. This guy should be monitored.

Similar experience to the other reviews. Today I asked that I not be hounded to upgrade my $ 3 ($ 4 for my truck) wash to a $ 6 or $ 7 wash. He proceeded to attack me verbally saying this was his job to upsell me — and how dare I insult him. They he said have a nice f*ckin day! with a very angry tone. I thought he might try to punch me. I’ll never go back to this place.

This place is weak. The «manager» of the Bloomfield Auto Wash, Dominic insulted me, swore at me and threatened me because I questioned the $ 1 up charge for an SUV. That kid is lucky I didn’t have time to get out of my car and show him how to respect his customers. Not only will I never go back to this place… but I will spread the word about their bogusness.

as if the tough guy-​cash collector with an attitude isn’t enough, have fun watching your car’s finish get stripped off by their state of the art drying system called the stripper.

This car wash gave me the absolute worst consuming experience of my life. Upon entry, I was informed that I would have to pay an extra dollar due to the fact that my car was 1 inch over 60″, despite the fact that they advertise a 3 $ car wash. Not only that, but the guy collecting the cash was one of the biggest jerks I have ever encountered at a car wash, with snarky remarks and smartass comments. If you want a mediocre car wash with a side of cruelty, this is your place!

The reviews are right on. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! I pulled up in a truck and I wasn’t sure if it would fit… I asked the employee and he gets really pissed and tells me no then proceeds to throw the cones around the parking lot so I can turn around. It was very rude and very unprofessional!!! The best part is he makes a rude comment to the car behind me so I mentally give him the finger and go on about my business.

Had my car washed yesterday here. Worst car wash! Dirty water, no suds, still had a dirty car. Was going to go back to complain but decided to keep going and never go back! Shame on you!

They Short Change You. I use to go here all the time, my recent visits have been less than satisfactory. When you give them a 20 and ask for a 3 or 4 dollar wash, they tend to give you a bunch of ones and a 10 back. Three out of the last four times I have been there I was short a dollar. No biggie but it is dishonest!!! Plus they don’t even pre spray your vehicle anymore to get the deep grit off. STAY AWAY

** SLICK AND BOLD*** Sunday at approximately 5:00 PM. I purchased the $ 4.00 car wash plus paid $ 1.00 extra for the wheel and tire cleaning. A car came behind me, and thus the car wash boy, just push the button to push my car on through. I politely came back around and advised that I had paid for my wheels etc., and further no pre-​washing was done to my car. He presented me with a slip to fill out, so that he could account for giving me a second wash! He then proceeded to wash the car off… WHILE HE… SLYLY… OPEN BOTH OF MY REAR CAR DOORS… I suspect he was retaliating my request for a second wash? The «door ajar» light was illuminated upon my exit from the cash wash. Had to pull over immediately to close them! The «door notice was not flashing during my first wash? It was his hope… that water would get inside of the car! I will be phoning the manager and see what he has to say?!!

Don’t go to this wash! They are rude and don’t care who knows! I rolled in for my $ 3 wash and they didn’t even rinse it off before the wash. Just stood there with the power washers while the dirt and salt was dragged over my car by the bristles. Very bad!

*** STAY AWAY *** They apparently don’t like to take people’s money. I went there today to try it out for the first time. I asked for the $ 3 wash that they advertise. The attendant said it would be an extra $ 1 because I was driving an SUV and it exceeded the height limit for the $ 3 wash. My SUV is a performance vehicle and is significantly lower than most SUVs. It looked like I was very close to their limit. I asked about this and just walked away into the office. I sat there with my money out and he returned after about 30 seconds. I asked him if want to take my money. He said, «NO, I don’t want to take money from anyone that argues about $ 1» and refused to wash my car. I wasn’t arguing with him, just asking a question. As I was leaving, he called me an A**Hole. Nice way to do business !
