Specialties

Mandolin Creek Farm raises heritage livestock, vegetables, and fruit. We offer fresh products in season, from eggs to meat and seeds to produce. If you prefer to do it yourself, we offer classes on raising livestock, butchering, handspinning, canning, and more. Open 7 days a week, by appointment only.

We also operate Mandolin Creek Lodge as a Farmstay vacation cabin. You can come and stay for a night or a week and immerse yourself in our farming experience.

History

Established in 2013.

Mandolin Creek Farm was started to provide food for our own family, but we knew that our bounty could provide the same quality for others as well. Operating on 100 acres, the land was bought from a family that lived and worked on the land with livestock and timber for over 80 years.

Meet the Business Owner

Zach W.

Business Owner

Zach started farming on 0.12 acres in the middle Corvallis. In addition to several kinds of berries, a small garden, and hops, he raised rabbits, chickens, quail, bees, worms, and even a pair of pigs. He had been looking for land in the Summit area for over decade, so he jumped when he got the chance.
