Sandwiches: Paninis, Veggie, Ham, Salami, Turkey Breast, Egg Salad, Roast Beef, Capicola, Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad, and Corned Beef.
Side Dishes: Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Five Bean Salad, Cole Slaw and Baked Beans. All are made from family recipes and taste «just like mom’s.»

History
Established in 2014.
Ask his family and friends and they’ll tell you owning his own business, being his own boss and making quality subs and sandwiches has been a dream for Cole Lajack for over 20 years. A «For Rent» sign on a small, but promising building in Blissfield, Michigan located on busy US223 gave him the opportunity to make his dream a reality.
After nearly two years of construction and food training, Cole flipped the «OPEN» sign for Pumpernickels Subs & Sandwiches in December 2014.
