After the big hail storm last year I contracted them in June/​July for the work. It didn’t get completed until November and I had to constantly contact them for updates on the status of my project. They also asked multiple times for payment before the work was complete. Upon completion they left scraps of siding in my yard.
I contacted them again due to the recent high winds regarding siding that had come off and I thought would be covered under warranty. It wasn’t but I asked them to give me an estimate of the work since they were there and I never got it. Even after I was told by the rep. and the sales manager my request was being made a priority. After telling the manager how I was disappointed he said he would give me a call that day and get something worked out.
I never heard from him. The last contact I had was to them two weeks later to let them know they lost my business.

McKinnis is the best roofing company in the midwest. They were easy to work with when it came to replacing my roof after a bad hail storm. They also handled the insurance claim for me.
