History

Established in 2011.

High Maintenance was established in 2011 by Christopher Hitchcock the current President. He worked for quite a few different janitorial service companies in the metro and became fed up by some of their flawed practices. He decided it was best to take the acquired experience and learn from others’ mistakes by creating a company dedicated to getting the job done correctly the first time and putting the client first.

President of High Maintenance, Christopher Hitchcock has experienced the many sides a janitorial services company has to offer. From cleaner, special services, supervisor, manager and owner his expertise has been fueled by a long run in the industry. Taking the best knowledge from working with some good and not so good companies he has learned what makes these businesses tick. When he started the company his entire goal was to offer services to companies but at the same time offer employees a better lifestyle. He saw where many companies take their employees for granted and have a large overturn. The entire philosophy behind High Maintenance stems from this. He wanted to bring that mentality into a company which would offer exceptional quality because the employees were more than happy to do a good job when offered an exceptional job.
