Cheung’s Tailor

Amazed. Now I am new to tailoring and for my wedding day this was a big deal. I had initially ordered my wedding dress through a bridal boutique and was told they could help with my alteration needs and their seamstress just happened to be conveniently out of town. Frustrated already that dress came in fairly close to the actual wedding and then finding out the boutique shop could not back up their promise did not help the matter. But I remember seeing this tailor sign place driving by to U.S. Bank and thought to make a quick stop.
Very unsure about what to experience and without my dress I came in with just some questions. They were so nice! I told them about my situation and just did not know what I’ll expect once the dress comes in. They had picture albums after pictures after pictures of brides, bridesmaids and prom dresses they’ve helped tailor it was absolutely stunning.
These guys are as amazing as everybody says. After only one fitting. I ended up getting a set of bust cups «boob cups,» so I didn’t need a bra. Since there was lacing on the exterior vintage they were able to help me take up the hem on the bottom from the waist and that was also slimmed down. I had 3 bustles put in and the dress steamed. I never got a chance to try it on until the morning of the wedding and it fit like a glove! It was worth every penny, the quality, service and tailoring. I was shocked with all the other amazing things they could do, but I trusted Cheungs with my dress. I am not a picky gal but what a fascinating experience on what they could tailor. Oh and they don’t take like credit or debit cards but I had a check.
