T & D Auto Sound & Window Tinting

Went here for tint. Came highly recommended. They fit me and my buddy right in with no problem. Fairly priced. One issue we had was the noticeable error. A part of the tint had been cut near the edge. The gap was colored in with a black marker!!! Once it was pointed out, it was completely redone correctly. Unprofessional and poor quality, which they seem to not lack. So overall, good spot. I’ve been back.

Fast, friendly, affordable. They swapped car stereos for me in about an hour on a Saturday. The place isn’t much to look at, but don’t let that scare you. I would use them again!

Stay the fuck away from here if you value your life. Just moved from CA…$ 2000 Kenwood system required repair. We authorized it and they told us they would give us itemized receipt. Two weeks later we pick it up and the said «$ 345» we were like where’s the list of what was repaired? My husband then conveniently left for a «meeting» and left me in da mutha @”#+ing hood to argue with a shop full if Vietnamese And big black dudes. Suddenly nobody speaky English. It took me one hour to wait for the big black dude (manager?) to come and try to intimidate me and tell me he didn’t have to tell what was wrong OR what was fixed but if I wanted the system back id better pay. Ax me did it work? Ax me in front of a shop full of people who backed down? I was like, riiiiiiiight, so when it breaks next month you tell me «oh thats not what was broken» i dont effing think so. Not for nothing but I’m in the gatdayum HOOD so if I don’t post again ever you’ll know I got shanked. But I got my damned itemized receipt.
The owner made everything right. PERIOD.

I called in twice and the first time I called I spoke to a lady that said the window tinting for my car would be 130, then I called back a few days later and was told the price would be 140 from a some guy. I went in I spoke to the lady that gave me the 130 quote and she said it was fine. when they was done which took like 2hrs, everthing seemed good since I couldnt really see anything in the night but when I check my car the next morning I seen that there heat gun melted some of my door siding where the glass is. I was very upset and went back up there to show them the damage and all they did was wipe some bs on talking about it would blend back in which I waited two day before I seen that it was doing nothing to just wipe it off because it looked like it was going to do more harm than good. Overall I would go back it was not worth it and I am going back up there to try and get my money back too this week!

I love this place… i’ve been going here for years and have brought all my cars here and recommened this place to friends and family. The owner Trong is professional and they do great work!

Not gonna front: this place looks sketchy as all get out… however, the service itself was super inexpensive and done quickly and professionally. I came in to get my window tint removed from my car (stupid Maryland rules *tear*) and was in a rush since I wanted to get my tags ASAP.
Normally, I would NEVER drive this far out for any sort of service, but everywhere I called in the area was so expensive. They wanted at least $ 100 to take off the tint and T&D did it for half that! T&D saw me within an hour of my call, got the tint off with ease, and then I was on my way. Can’t beat that. The shop is DEFINITELY nothing fancy, but if you want to get work done for your window tinting or removal, they are a safe, cheap bet. I am going to go back and get lighter, MD-​approved tint put back on in a week or two based on how well they did with this job.
