Balloons Over Philly

I was frantically searching at the very last minute to find some balloon decorations for my company holiday party this year. On the talk threads, Karen F. came to my rescue and suggested Balloons Over Philly, and I was so glad she did! I called and talked to Rick who seems to be the owner and manager there. He was very helpful and accommodating, willing to work within my (less than one day!) timeframe, and gave us a great price. He did everything he could to make things easier on me, even letting me call to make my payment the day of our party! On top of all of it, he was kind and polite on the phone, even to a basically shrieking and panicked girl like me.
The best part was when I arrived at the restaurant for the party, the balloons were waiting for me and they looked beautiful! They did such a phenomenal job, and I actually received quite a few compliments.
Thanks Rick, and Balloons Over Philly, for helping make my event a hit! I will be a return customer the next time I need balloons in Philadelphia.
