Auto Sheen Soft Cloth Car Washes

Consumer Beware! I’ve used this car wash for over 20 years. 3 weeks ago, damage to the upholstery on my 2012 Mercedes & the owner’s rude and hostile behavior regarding the situation has ended my patronage to this business. I would encourage anyone using this car wash to make sure to check your car over closely before leaving their premises. I didn’t notice the damage until I left the premises but called as soon as I noticed it. I was told to bring the car in & speak to the owner. He basically looked @ the damage & asked for the receipt. He then proceeded to get the worker who he said was identified on the receipt. The worker stated he remembered the car and said it was damaged when he serviced it. If that were the case, why didn’t the worker bring this to someone’s attention? The owner basically called me a liar and accused me of trying to get over. I originally told him that I would have my husband stop by to speak to him, but after thinking it through I decided to take the loss & move on.
A word to the wise is sufficient!!!

Five bucks, bye bye salt, bye bye bird poop. Can’t beat it. I came here on a Sunday in January. They were very busy but prompt. I got through the line and in my clean car in about 15 minutes.

They clean your car and scratch every spot they wipe down. They scratched my brand new truck with 2000 miles on it. The owner told me the scratches were there. As a I-​car and ase certified tech I can tell you the scratches are from the rags they used. I would not take anything black or something you take pride in there. The does not treat people right when they have problem. The only reason I went there is because someone said they do a good job. Sorry but they failed now I have to buff 80% of my truck to fix it.
