The Red Radish began as a catering company, specializing in corporate catering, then opened their restaurant in 2014 to make delicious Red Radish food available to everyone, anytime, and help families gather around the the table and enjoy a delicious, homemade meal even on the busiest of days.

Business Owner
Chef Marcus Duarte graduated from the Culinary Arts program at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Institute (Class of 1994) and developed his techniques and style at the Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove. Chef Marcus began living his culinary dream when he opened The Red Radish Catering Company in 1998. Today, Chef Marcus continues a full hands-on approach in his kitchen by innovating seasonal menus, taking orders and scheduling deliveries, and collaborating with the management team.
