New owners Dan and Gina took over the business spring 2015 from their cousin Curt who had been running The Smoke House for ten years. Family owned and operated, keeping some of the great original recipes while adding a few new items to spice things up! Keeping with the local tradition, Gina’s Black Diamond lineage goes back three generations!
