This is a wonderful place. I went here about a year and a half or 2 years ago. Crystal did my fitting very professionally. Plus she was nice and fun. I had never been fitted before and I was shocked that my size was nothing like I thought was! I went a couple of times and booth a total of 4 bras, all of which I loved. I lost 60 pounds last spring and now none of my bras fit so I’ll be going back very shortly. I love how I told Crystal what I was looking for (practical and boring beige and black) and she found it but she also had me try on some more «fun», brightly colored bras. How could I resist? Of course I bought them. They play 1920s jazz and the décor is vintage inspired and eclectic. At the time I went there I was seriously overweight. I didn’t feel at all pretty but when I walked though that door both times I felt gorgeous. The atmosphere just makes a girl feel pretty.

I am a plus size girl and they carried a good variety of bras in my size. I’m so glad this store is local. I used to drive all the way to Monrovia to the «other famous» bra store and to be honest .I really hated their customer service & especially if I was driving all the way out there!!! I will definitely buy from Lucys from here on out!!! Prices are very affordable. .please go in for a free fitting… you will be so glad you did :)

This store is simply amazing! The staff, the products, Lucy B has made my life better. My sisters and I went in for a fitting and left feeling more confident and with better posture and support. The owner and staff were so attentive and we even received chocolate and champagne! Lucy B has become one of my favorite stores and I highly recommend them. Lucy B provides beautiful and supportive bras and undergarments that are about the same price you pay retail, but their bras actually fit, you receive the best service and in a beautiful and friendly environment! I can’t say enough about how LB has forever changed how I physically and emotionally feel about myself. Seriously, just go to them and stop wasting time and money on bras that don’t fit!

I recently saw a bra advertised on TV and bought it from a large department store. It wasn’t even close to fitting me correctly. Of course, I returned it. Having purchased from Lucy B’s in the past, I headed right back. Having an expert bring bras to your dressing room is such a luxury. Ones that will fit and be perfect. Your fitting isn’t invasive, it’s just a private opportunity to get the best fitting bra. Go in soon for the treat of Lucy’s personal attention and the great fit of a new bra. You can take home matching panties too! Or other lingerie may strike your fancy. I will never be enticed to buy a bra off the rack again!

Really cute boutique. They had a lot of different vintage style pieces. A lot of the cuter sexy pieces were sold out in the medium and larger sizes so I was disappointed but the staff was very helpful. I will keep coming back.

I needed some nice nursing bras but I have a weird size, so decided to try this place since it was near my obgyn. I called to make an appointment for a bra fitting and the girl told me to just come when the store opened. My first impression was that the store was super cute and funky! The girl that fit me was super sweet and personable. I walked out with one bra and had another one ordered because they didn’t have the size/​color of the other one I wanted.
They even do custom stuff, like change nursing bras into regular bras, etc.
Overall great! only bummer is the quality is so good, you won’t need to return often ;)

I have driven by this place so many times and today I finally went in. I usually go to another place but it’s much farther. Crystal was amazing! She helped me and my mom find great bras. She was professional and friendly. I definitely recommend stopping in and getting your «girls» tight. Every woman deserves the right bra and the ladies here will absolutely help.

A good bra is worth the investment. Victoria’s Secret costs just as much if not more. This is a wonderful place for custom made bra’s that give you the perfect fit. The staff is kind and helpful too.

I’ve passed this shop several times and decided to stop today and I’m happy I did. Michelle helped me and was very patient, helpful, and kind while I tried on a lot of bras. I now know what a well fitting bra looks and feels like and I now know my true size. The bra I purchased fits me perfectly and it’s beautiful. Will definitely return over and over again.

I loved this place so much! I was just driving by and saw the tag line «yes, we have a bra that fits you!» (Or something like that) And I had to go in. It’s adorably vintage themed and the bras and lingerie are gorgeous, high quality items. I bought the cutest swimsuit I’ve ever owned, by a brand called Esther Williams. I’m a plus size girl and she made it feel like a regular experience, meaning she had my size, it was amazing. I also ordered an Elomi bra and can’t wait to wear it, the quality is just superb. My only wish is that there were push up bras for big boobs for those nights when you wanna rock the cleavage. But overall, absolutely loved this place, she has all sizes from small bras to huge ones!

My new place to purchase my bras. I felt very comfortable and will definitely be returning. Love the selection.

I am so glad I decided to check this place after driving by it so many times. Both shopping experiences have been wonderful! Crystal helped me find some bras today and as the other reviewers have said … she is a gem. She was easy to talk with and made the whole experience fun. I was very interested in hearing about the bra fitting parties they have and I look forward to planning one with my friends in the near future. Glad this shop is in my neighborhood!!!

Absolutely, by far and without a doubt, the best service I have probably ever received –anywhere, for anything. Not to mention the best bra.
I spent a good three hours here and left unsure of which bra to buy, then came back the next day and after two hours, went with the choice of the saleswoman, Crystal. I’m glad I took her advice; this is her expertise and she was right.
All quality bras at affordable/​fair prices.
It’s as if you are going back in time to an era where «customer service» was not a department or a phone number –it just was… is.
Crystal deserves a sky of stars.

Update, July 2015
A few months ago, I tried on the «Pepper Dress» and made the mistake of not buying it, probably because I never buy/​wear dresses. Not a smart decision because that dress is amazing since (1) somebody actually took the time to design something with wonderful fabric that, from top to bottom, flatters most, if not all, women’s figures; and (2) that dress would cost at least twice as much in a department store or quality boutique. It’s also soft and comfy. I wasn’t taken by it on the hanger but the other woman that was in the store –in bra and panties and flaws in her figure– had it on and she looked great (she bought it). So, yay, I purchased it today! Had to think outside the box. And I will probably, eventually, get the other dress online as well (chocolate/​mauve flowers).

Purchased multiple bras here last week. I am very pleased with the service I received from ladies here. They are ultra professional and clearly know how to not only determine your correct bra size, but also match your breast up with the perfect bra for your shape. I’ve noticed an immediate difference in the way my tops fit and especially how they look. My dress I wore today looked 1000 times better than it did prior to me getting the right bra. Who would have guessed all it took was proper fitting bra to polish out my look. (I really wish I took a before and after as the difference is unbelievable).
Anyways, I’ll definitely be back. I already spent a small fortune but to be totally honest it was worth every penny for what I got:
1. A professional fitting
2. At least a full hour or so with one of the brasiers
3. Education on how to wear my bra and also how best to extend the life of it
4. Access to full service– alterations to my bra in the future if needed. All done on site
So as you can see I got more than a bra. If you add all these elements into the cost of a single bra you get way more bang for your buck AND you walk out filly equipped with the correct size.

I was in need of the correct size bra and a fitting by a professional and Lucy’s came highly recommended. Crystal spent well over an hour with me and found me a perfect fit and very affordable, She is a true professional and she is helping woman feel and look good which is an arduous task at best! She found her calling. Michelle was also professional, kind and a big asset also.

After 15 years of wearing bras, I had yet to wear a bra that actually fit me. even after having countless store assistants measure me. I finally tired of it and came here to be fitted with the right sized bra. The store is small, but surprisingly has a good variety of bras for all sizes. The owner took my measurements and brought me many options to try. I found a couple that actually fit me well! And like another reviewer, I ended up buying a bra that I never thought I would like: a wireless bra. I left the store with a couple bras from The Little Bra Company and Lula Lu Petites. The bras are definitely pricier than the ones you’d find at Macy’s or Victoria’s Secret, but they’re very well made and fit me perfectly. After having a couple days to wear them, I no longer worry about wearing tops that show how ill-​fitted my bras are. So thankful a store like this exists near me. :)
If you’re looking to buy bras that actually fit you well, go to this store. You won’t be disappointed.

You get what you pay for! I have never had a better experience buying a bra. I’ve always shopped at Victoria’s Secret pretty much because I didn’t know any better. At Lucy’s the head brassiere measured me perfectly and gave me a ton of beautiful options to choose from; it was like having a personal shopper (I loved this lady, I wish I got her name). And the inside of the shop is so darn cute! I’m now obsessed with their lingerie options as well. Never going to VS again (well, maybe for lotion. Maybe.) Go go go!
