Venture Building Company is a local home builder in Dickinson, Bismarck and Mandan that was started in 2011 by Chad Glasser and Parker Pladson. We build quality custom homes and uphold a simple promise: our standard is anything but standard.

History

Established in 2011.

Chad and Parker began working together in 2007 and officially became partners in the Dakota Diner in 2009. During their time spent at the restaurant they have come to understand the importance of great customer service. Thus, Venture Building Company was started in 2011 with a couple of things in mind. We wanted to be creative and customer focused, not limiting options for our customers and allowing choices without additional costs being attached to them. We love to give our customers a broad range of choices so that they end up with a house styled to their personal tastes. We do our best to help buyers be aware of small cost effective ways to add a stylish touch to every home. Sacrificing quality products and craftsmanship is not an option and we are proud of that. In fact we agree that you might be able to find a builder who can beat our price. We just ask that you compare what we offer and we promise you will be left with a house that you will be proud of for years to come.

Business Owner

Parker was born and raised in Dickinson and attended DSU where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He has two wonderful nephews, Charlie and Riley. In 2011 VBC was started in an effort to help others build a home and truly enjoy the process. Together we saw a need for affordable housing without sacrificing quality. As VBC has grown we continually try to come up with new and better ways to serve our clients. As a result Parker moved to the Bismarck/​Mandan area and looks forward to building in this great community. Parker has always been a handyman, able to fix anything. That coupled with an eye for detail and a creative touch makes him well suited to help you during the construction process. He loves being active and spending time outdoors.
