I ordered 1 sandwich online. I received my confirmation email saying the store had my order 2HRSAGO! Same story every time I call, she’s new, she’s lost with no cell phone, your next. Just got a knock! I would love to give more than 1 star, if the food is good. This is my first time having Jimmy John’s and not so good so far…

freaky fast delivery is right, i’m still in shock, pretty good sandwich. i ordered online it was delivered in 10 minutes. sandwich was made kind of sloppy but i’m not going to complain.

It’s a chain, so there’s not much to say that isn’t true of every other Jimmy Johns. I usually order delivery and it normally arrives promptly, however the specifics of my order are often ignored. This is fine when it’s something minor like easy lettuce or cutting the sandwich in half, but when I order bacon or avocado spread, I’m always charged extra for it, but rarely find it on my sandwich, and the(obviously very busy) delivery person is always gone before I discover this. If you’re very particular about your sandwich or like the somewhat expensive extras, I would suggest dining in or ordering from a different location.

Probably the best sandwich chain in Bismarck area. Love the pickles and the hot peppers you can add to your favorite sub. The only thing I do not like is the music is so darn loud and of poor sound quality. If the sound was good I would not care but it is terrible. Good place for lunch.

I need to amend this review. If you call in and order more than 2 subs they tell you to please order online, minus the please. So my office ordered online, we had 10 sandwiches &7 bags of chips for a small gathering to say goodbye to a couple of temps we won’t get to see for a few months. First off the delivery was late, no call this time. It was an order for over $ 60 and we tipped WELL since it’s so cold out. He was quick to take the money and leave, when we got the box into the conference room we realized there were no chips. We called and they said he would be up in a few minutes. One of the girls had to wait at her desk for him for the duration of the«lunch» since he didn’t get back until 30 minutes later. But wait, it gets better… he was still missing 2 bags of chips. Again, he dropped the box and ran. So we called back and they said they would bring the chips and hung up. They never offered a coupon or a refund with the chips. NOTHING. An hour later from the first drop off and we’re still waiting for chips. On the last call she asked if we could have our money back for the chips and just leave it as a credit or SOMETHING… the response was«we don’t do that, he’ll be there with your chips soon» and hung up… I can’t even believe I gave them such a good rating before. This was my original review where I rated them as 4 stars freaky fast delivery is right, they even called when it was going to be late. the Beach Club is good, I’m from Cali and LOVE good guacamole, this was not, it was a spread mix at best. Can’t really complain, it did say guacamole spread. My only valid ND reason for not giving them 5 stars is that online it listed that they had Sprouts as an option. I clicked it, it was ordered, they called to say they were behind(thanks to first day in session with the legislature) and said nothing of this, and then when the poor delivery guy shows up he says«oh yea, we don’t have sprouts for your sandwich, we haven’t had sprouts for like a year»… ok… so if you’re pushing for online orders… why not update what you offer online??? seriously…
