Really good fresh tasting food, spring rolls where amazing, green curry was very good as well. took about 15 – 20 minutes for our food, very tasty will probably be going back

Very good Thai food, I had pad Thai noodles and drunken noodles, pad Thai was a bit too sweet, drunken noodles were very tasty. There was no other customers waiting on a Saturday afternoon, it took about 10 minutes to get our food.

This was very good, fresh tasting Thai food. I’d like a bit more heat (I had the green curry) which I’ll ask for next time. I can’t wait to try some of the other choices here.

I will EAT there again. It’s great to have a Thai food option in town. Perhaps a restaurant will come out of this food truck someday. Be aware that it takes 15 – 20 minutes to prepare each order. I only wish it were closer to downtown to be able to walk there for lunch.

I just happened to come across their place while driving. I just had to go around the block to try their stuff! I have missed good Thai food since moving to Bismarck years ago. Placing my order was easy, but the wait was a tad long for the few customers (less than 10); it took them 30 minutes to have my food ready. I ordered the Chicken Satay, and can honestly say that it looks as if Bismarck now has a decent Thai place to go to!
