What is the point of making appointments online if I get here and they have no idea that I am coming and it doesn’t mean a damn thing? This is completely asinine. I’m standing here, 10 minutes past my appointment time with two walk-ins in cue ahead of me. Wake up att. Don’t offer stuff you can’t follow through on. I don’t have time to stand in line waiting on y’all.

I received the worst service from Morgan at this AT&T store(ND3). I stopped by the store looking to get help to eliminate a big bubble under a glass screen protector on my iPhone 6. Instead of fixing it, she replaced and installed a new one, since it’s was under warranty. I was concerned when Morgan installed the new cover right on a small ledge at the accessories display unit. She should have installed the it at an open counter space. Her work turned out poorly with bubbles and dusts underneath. I asked her to «please» fix it. She refused, and told me that I should have installed it myself, she went further and asked me to leave or she will call a police. I was shocked and surprised, but I stayed calm. The only thing came to my mind was to encourage her to go ahead and call the police while I was calling AT&T customer service. She did not call a police. I filed a complaint with AT&T and found the customer service was exceptional. They also promised to escalate the horrible service experience I received, to her manager. Please be aware when you work with Morgan.
