Fendon’s reupholstered 2 chairs, fixed a Mission style rocker that was missing back spindles and took apart and refinished an antique rocker for us. Very pleased. Not inexpensive but worth it. Had one slight problem that they stood by– great customer service. Thanks Martha and the crew!

Needed a couch pillow repaired and called Sierra Design in Mammoth where our furniture was purchased. They referred us to Fendon’s.
Called Fendon’s and dropped off the pillow the next day. Although their upholstery department was very busy, they took care of our little job quickly and at an extremely reasonable price. They were professional, friendly and helpful.
We could not have had a better experience than with Fendon’s and we look forward to using them again.

Fendon’s refurbished a 1930’s dining room table, chairs and buffet for me. There was lots of damage to the table and chairs which needed to be mended and reupholstered. They stripped it all and refinished it. The end result far exceeded my expectations and the set is absolutely gorgeous! Worth every penny. I will be bringing in a hutch for them to redo in the near future. If you have furniture that needs repairing or reupholstry, I highly recommend Fendon’s Furniture. They are true professionals. The customer service was also outstanding!

Amazing customer service, everyone is very helpful from the sales people to the guys that deliver and install the furniture. Good quality furniture. They let us take some bar stools home to see if they would fit in the area before we bought them.

I have a beautiful antique table from the 1930s that someone sadly put a wet water glass on and ruined the finish. Mr. Fendon came out and gave me a quote and then they came and picked it up shortly after. When they returned the table it was so beautiful! It was like I had gone back to a time machine! I’m extremely happy with the service I have received from Fendon’s and would recommend them to anybody to refinish valuable antiques.
PS, the customer service was very good! They even called me recently, just to check in to see if I still liked my table!

Nice people, hands on help

I inherited a sofa chair from my grandmother. The fabric was ugly and honestly I didn’t think much of the chair. I went into Fendon’s to get a quote on reupholstering it. Jerry told me the chair was a gem. Apparently, it’s really high quality and will last forever, something about the spring in it.. . Fendon’s reupholstered the chair and it is fantastic. It looks and feels so great. I’d highly recommend taking your furniture to them.

We had a vanity refinished and could not be happier with the results! It’s stunning! We also have purchased new furniture, and are completely satisfied! Great service and great selection, worth stopping here first!

Outstanding customer service. We purchased furniture that had out-​gassing and my husband gets an allergic reaction causing a severe nasal infection that goes to his chest. They let us return the item and we purchased another item which did not fit in the area intended. They let us return that item (not used) for several other items, there was no hesitation when I asked if it were possible to exchange it for something else. We have never dealt with a furniture company with this type of flexibility in their policy for returns/​exchanges. Their sales staff, delivery staff and everyone we talked to was friendly and willing to help in any way. We will purchase from them again.

I recently purchased a bedroom set for a vacation property in Mammoth. From the time I ordered the furniture which had to be shipped to Bishop to the time it was set up in my home it took less than 3 weeks. Martha was extremely helpful and very organized and the furniture was delivered right on time. The people who delivered the furniture were very friendly, had to do some heavy lifting and did a great job setting everything up. I wouldn’t hesitate to order more furniture from them in the future.

I had a home in Mammoth that suffered extensive water damage in late 2010, and it was filled with cherished antique furniture and art. I was referred to Fendon’s for restoration of nearly all the furniture pieces. They did a remarkable job. There were favorite pieces I thought were destroyed, and they were able to restore everything. This is perhaps a best kept secret about Fendon’s. They sell furniture, yes, but they can also restore fine antiques to perfection. Restoration is never cheap, but it is worth it to restore one of a kind pieces they just don’t make anymore. I was able to recover the cost from insurance eventually, and I now have those pieces in a new home out of state.
Fendon’s performed miracles on piece after piece, and I am grateful to have had a reliable and qualified restorer in the area. I dealt mostly with Lisa Jaegers, and she was very attentive and sent numerous detailed emails with photos of before during and after, to keep me informed of progress.
I highly recommend Fendon’s for furniture restoration.

Excellent customer service! We ordered a mattress for our vacation home in Mammoth. We sought a firmer mattress than was originally delivered. Fendon’s honored its warranty and really went above and beyond to help us get the mattress we wanted and maintained a respectful, customer orientation the entire time. Good company culture comes from the top and it’s clear that this is a business very focused on customer service!
