We do quality work at a fair price keeping the customers budget in mind. We do Home Inspections for the potential home buyer who wants a in depth look at the home to make sure there are no problems down the road. The program is state of the art, easy to read and done by a licensed contractor. Don’t settle for a inspector with no construction experience. Construction management /​consulting for the customer who wants to be part of their project. We help from selecting the right sub contractors to trouble shooting the project to find any potential areas that can cost you time and money.

History

Established in 2007.

I was in the cabinet/​finish work industry following my fathers foot steps for 13 years in the Los Angeles area. After moving to Bishop I worked in the resort business as a general manager over seeing all aspects of the business. I remodeled 20 cabins in the 7 years. When we had kids I made a choice to start my own business so I could be a part of my kids life and be there for them when needed, school, sports, 4H or any other things that pop up raising kids. Since then I have had a successful business with honesty, fair pricing, timely projects and happy customers. I then decided to do Home Inspections because there was a need for a licensed contractor to do them. California has no regulations on the Home Inspection industry so it seemed natural to help people get homes inspected by a true professional.

I’m a husband and father first before anything else. I have been a big part of the community with all things kid related. I am Inyo County Planning Commissioner for 8 years and sit on the Site Council High School Board trying to give back to my community that helps support my family and I. I take pride in my work and if I cant do it correctly I will not do it.
