History

Established in 1948.

Tire Engineers bagan on March 9, 1948 as a tire recapping shop giving one-​day service. Johnny Johnston, the original owner, opened with only two employees. Today, Tire Engineers offers 7 convenient locations throughout Alabama: Birmingham, Trussville, Pelham, Bessemer, Irondale, & the Highway 280 Corridor.
