The UPS Store

Unless the hours posted 7:30am to 6pm are wrong, it is 7:40am and the store is still not open.

I have been a customer at this UPS location since 2012. I’ve used them every year to print the rosters for my daughter’s homerooms at school. I have never been disappointed with the products I’ve received from them. The one time there was an issue (the back side printed upside down), they reprinted them at no charge while I waited, which wasn’t a problem because they were done very fast. Another time, there was an issue with the file I uploaded, so an employee called me within an hour to ask me to email the file directly to them. Even with the file issues, she still had my documents printed well before the estimated time. They have consistently had my orders ready much earlier than stated usually having them ready in less than a couple hours. We’ve used their passport photo service for my daughter and were very happy. I have never had a bad experience at this location and everyone is usually very helpful and pleasant. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because it seems they don’t have as many print media options as the other UPS Store close to my home. I recently placed an order with the other store because they offer a heavier card stock than this store. Service has taken much longer than it would have if I had settled for a lighter card stock and ordered from my regular UPS Store.

I was supposed to get fingerprinted for work and my boss called ahead of time to see if they could do it today, and when I got there I was the only one in the store. Without even asking me what I was there for, the lady looked at me and rudely said «I can’t do it today, I just can’t. I’m busy and having a really shitty day. Just come back another time.» So I explained to her that I had called ahead and she huffed and said she would do it if I let her put her mail away first and lock the door (20+ MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE!!!) so I told her I didn’t want to further inconvenience her and walked out, and she chased me out saying «Honey please let’s just get this done and over with, I wasn’t saying that about you!»…like…there was nobody else in the store so who were you saying it about?! That being said, for your first review, you get a 1 star, only because I can’t put 0… worst experience I’ve EVER had at a UPS by far. See if I come back!
