Established in 2000.

Established in 1995 in a small house/​shack in Homewood, The Trak Shak has been running central for Birmingham ever since! Valerie McLean, the owner of the shop, wanted to offer our city the same great service she had seen for runners in other cities.

This place has yet to dissatisfy me! I’ve purchased my last 3 pair if running shoes from here. All of the running equipment is of the latest technology. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable! There’s also lots of toys for avid runners! For those of you who are military they offer a 10% discount! I’ll keep patronizing this place because of there great customer service. Give em a try!
