History
Established in 1998.
When Keith and Amy Richards landed on the island of Greece in 1998, they thought their vacation would be just that– a vacation. But as they explored the nation’s ancient ruins and dined in colorful Mediterranean cafes, they realized that their trip was the beginning of something big. Inspired by the region’s fresh flavors and healthy ingredients, the pair came home to Birmingham, Alabama and opened their very first restaurant.
