This is the worst place to tan. Not only is the tanning equipment ineffective and outdated compared to other places I have gone, but through all of these contracts and signatures they will charge you every chance they get. Your membership practically doesn’t cover anything because they’ll find several different loopholes just to take your money. They have all of your account information so you’ll have these ridiculous transactions hit your account without you even knowing. I would recommend anywhere but here. I will never go back.

There is a half-​off services special for February, on the plus side. However,…went in today, could not get a stand up machine because initially, the timer was not re-​setting, then they tried the circuit breakers, got asked to re-​submit my credit card to see if that would resolve the issue after I had already changed clothes. That did not work either. Was then asked to move to a lie-​down unit, as there were no other stand up units but the one. You could not identify the «start» button on that unit because of the wear and some type of screw came off when I lifted the top, in order to get out of the bed… Not a convenient or reassuring experience today. I also think they have new personnel. I hope things improve.

I have the regular 15 min. bed package– and am not a fan at all. I don’t feel like I’m getting any tanner and when I lay in the bed it doesn’t feel hot at all, so I even question if it’s actually working!
However, the more expensive packages, the beds are incredible. I got a week free with their best beds and got super tan just in 3 days. But It is very very pricey, way out of my range. If you can afford it… it’s great.
