My review is very similar or the same as Elizabeth Y. Same bogus bills sent to us, repairs not done but billed as if they were. Very bad bookeeping and customer service. I feel there was no real attempt to rent our property. I too caution you to not use this company. I wish I didn’t have to give even 1 Star for a rating.

Not an honest company. Overcharged me for repairs, sometimes repairs that were not actually done. Did thousands of dollars of work without my permission, let my condo sit empty for over 3 months. When I posted my condo 2 years ago I had renters fighting over it and had it rented with a week of posting it. I can not emphasize enough how dishonest they have been, do not use this company.
