I’ve eaten here three times already, because it’s close to where I work. Overall I’d give 3.5 stars. The Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad is my favorite thing so far. I always eat every bite. I also tried the Chicken Parmesan Pizza the other day. It was okay. It didn’t «wow» me, but it wasn’t bad either. The main deal with Pranzo is that it’s supposed to be super quick, so they make everything ahead of time. They prepare the pizzas early and then cook them when you order. The problem with this is that you can’t customize things. If you aren’t a picky or allergic eater and will eat anything and everything, then this is great for you. If you have a few things you don’t like, you can’t get them taken off your pizza or salad. That isn’t my favorite concept when I’m paying money for food that I want to be pleasing to my personal tastes. And isn’t that why we go to restaurants in the first place? The staff is always very friendly, and there were samples out the last time I went. The location is good, with a sleek interior and lots of natural light. I’d definitely recommend this place to others, and will be back myself. That Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad will be calling my name soon. This place has a lot of potential, and I hope to see it improve.

Excellent food at a great price. This place is wonderful and everything has been though through with intense scrutiny. You’ll be hard pressed to find an issue. I certainly enjoyed myself.

Maybe not enough of an experience to review, but first experience lackluster. In old downtown Surin location will likely have a hard time succeeding. I was told that the concept was to make all the food ahead of time so that you would not have to wait for your food. However the fruit cup I got was made several days ago as the strawberries were all bruised and wilted and there was a molded blueberry in the bottom. Salt and pepper could not be added to the egg sandwich on focaccia I ordered, so it was very bland. And I was given a crazy look when I asked for hot sauce. Then the server pulled himself together when I told him I may come back if they would get some and said he would order some, but that I would have to put it on myself. No big deal. But I just felt I had to review since this place had 5 stars. Maybe the pizzas are epic or something, but even if they are this is not a five star joint.

Great place for lunch on the 3rd Ave North. Located in the old Surin location, Pranzo is a quick service pizza, salad, and sandwich restaurant. My Pear Walnut Pizza was delicious and came to my today 3minutes after I ordered it. The menu is very limited by design and everything seemed to be under $ 10. Looking forward to eating the leftovers tonight for dinner. I recommend this for lunch to anyone working on this side of town.
