Just can’t say enough about the gals at Milieu. Honest opinions, helpful, friendly and can really put together wonderful ensembles.
The emails are timely, the sales are fantastic and the clothing speaks for itself.

If I could give zero stars, and have it stand as a viable review, I would for Milieu. I visited Milieu with two dear friends, and was beyond appalled by the level of service — if you could call it that — provided by none other than the store owner. Apparently her grasp of proper sales etiquette is flawed, as she proceeded to brutally verbally bully one of my friends. This same friend has spent thousands of dollars in the store previously, despite having Denise, the store owner, refuse to sell her clothes in the past. As a small business owner, Denise should cater to her customers. Owning a store does not give you the authority to lower the self-​esteem of your clientele. In fashion, we celebrate our bodies, and yet Denise so repulsively insulted my friend by rubbing her belly and telling her not to buy a particular shirt.
My friend felt confident in her choices, and still spent nearly $ 1000 on clothes, while I spent a little over $ 200. Denise may carry quality garments with unique flare, but her social skills are no more advanced than those of a baked potato.
In this small business climate, she should be treating her customers with respect, lending her «expert» opinon when appropriate, and with tact. Instead, she chose to use petty, vanity-​fueled snark.
If not for her 75% off sales rack, and my attempt to sustain an otherwise lovely afternoon with girlfriends, I would never have spent a single cent in Denise’s store.
I really try to always give small businesses the benefit of the doubt, but there’s simply no way I can do so here, as this was the third strike with my Milieu experiences.
