Horrible customer service!!! I placed an order over the phone, and the male sales associate, Britton, told me I would not need to pay tax. I received an email confirmation also stating the same(billed for the item, the shipping, and the total, no tax listed). However, when I received it, I was charged for tax! I spoke to the manager, Ruth, who said there was nothing she could do to wave the tax. Since the tax was equivalent to the shipping charge(about $ 15), I asked her to refund the shipping. She flat out refused. Her employee made a mistake and she should remedy the situation, but she is unwilling to make the customer happy. I have reported them both to LV National Customer Service. If that fails, I will file a complaint with my credit card company. Buyer beware!
