This *might* be the best food truck in Birmingham. Seriously. Vegan kimchi?! check. Ballin’ banh mi?! check. Bountiful fresh ingredients?! check. I have yet to figure out how to intentionally locate this truck(if you know, please DM me) but this is probably for the best as I would stalk it every chance I could get. The food is fresh, delicious and innovative. They always seem to be parked at great places: TrimTab and RailRoad park is where I’ve caught them and I’ve never had an issue with long wait times. When I’ve spoken briefly with the owners they always seem to be so enthusiastic about what they are doing, new items on the menu and minor tweaks to old favorites. I caught them at TrimTab July 4th weekend and they were so excited to talk about their garden grown produce that made it into my meal. Maybe its sappy but I love, love, love that sort of passion. The food is already delicious but knowing that is is served with love makes it that much better.

We really liked the sandwiches we got today at the Magic City Art show but the wait was super long, although not that many customers. The ratio of filling to bun for $ 8 was not enough to justify the price. Would have given better rating for more value — we don’t mind waiting if the product is worth waiting for.

This food truck is mighty delicious! We had the opportunity to try it out during the Sidewalk Film Fest, and i was very excited, seeing as how it is a Vietnamese food truck. I mean, can’t get much better than that. We got the Tofu Banh Mi, and it was not only delicious, but very pretty. And they don’t skimp on the tofu, either. Nicely spiced and had great sauce. I do wish more veggies had been put on the sandwich. The bread, although quite good, was just a little too dense. You can get banh mi, phở(I mean come on, how often can you get phở from a food truck?), Vietnamese tacos, and salads. I’d definitely make it a point to search for this truck. Do yourself a favor, and try out this little Vietnamese food truck heaven.
