Diamond Limousine & Sedan Service

I booked this service at the last minute, so maybe this contributed to the quality of service. The driver arrived on time, was nicely dressed and brought a clean car.
Even though we hired him throughout the entire evening, there seemed to be some confusion with the details of the contract. We paid for an additional hour at the previously agreed-​upon rate. A little while later, he found me in the party and said I did not pay him enough and wanted more money. He claimed it was a message from his supervisor, but when I asked to speak to his supervisor, he made a phone call and said I didn’t owe anything extra. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt of believing that it was an honest mistake, but others may see it as an attempt for a larger paycheck from an imbibing customer: thus 3 stars.
