Honestly, I am a foodie and this is one of the best meals I have had in a long time. The quality was great, the food was unbelievable and the service was warm and friendly. Thank you Tony to you, your wife and all your staff for a fantastic meal!!! Tell your wife I cleaned my plate and the drinks were amazing! This place rocks and you have to go!!!

5 stars because of their originality, food and staff! I had the Shaking Steak and it was cooked to order and comes out quick! It’s just the twist I’ve been looking for. The east meets west flavor is spot on and the menu has a good selection. If u want a good choice for grub in or around clay/trussville then this is one spot u shouldn’t pass up!

Coco Bistro is an American Vietnamese steakhouse in the guise of a bistro! The American flavor has a very southern touch, which works surprisingly well with curry. I had the chicken curry. The chicken was tender and blackened with creamy curry sauce and veggies. Yes, the different techiques blend together well! My husband had the ribeye phở noodle bowl — yummy Vietnamese noodles with steak! Vietnamese with a southern twist… yes, even the Boomers could enjoy this. With interesting local restaurants popping up, I can see why suddenly B’ham is lauded as a burgeoning«food city». The décor is European bistro meets the East somewhere in Alabama. It’s a cute, little joint tucked away by Publix. I’ve included some photos for your convenience. The staff is really friendly and chill. I would recommend Coco Bistro for a cozy lunch or nice dinner. If you’re in the Trussville area, check this place out! PS. Try the Vietnamese coffee! The best cup of Joe ever!
