I’d love to give this place 5 stars. Such great people. Very friendly and extremely helpful. But when they moved to Cahaba Heights they forfeited too much floor space. That has compromised the inventory so much that I simply can’t give it Unilocal highest rating. They still have some gadgets and cookware and wow does the owner make it worth your while. If you care about this community and try to support local businesses you should drop by and say hello. Just don’t expect great selection.

My mom is a fan of this little culinary store and I’ve purchased several gifts here for her. Item pricing is comparable to larger places like Sur La Table, so if you want to support a local business be sure to check out this store. The owner Susan Green is super friendly and more than ready to provide cooking advice and/​or recipes.
