History

Established in 1954.

Since 1954, three generations of the family owned Beneicke Group have designed and built over 3000 personalized new homes and rental communities throughout central and south eastern Michigan.

Trained as an architect, our founder Richard Beneicke set high standards for design and construction. Our homes and communities have established reputations of quality and excellence.

Richard’s son, John, and the staff at the Beneicke Group proudly carry on that tradition.

Since coming aboard Beneicke Group, Inc earlier this year, I have seen first hand the new approach to Property Management in which they take, and to be honest with you, I am fascinated.

I have been in Property Management for about seven years, and I am still amazed at the hands on approach that is taken to upgrading the properties along with outstanding customer service.

Meeting and finding the perfect home for people is what I live and love to do. I like being able to listen to the location, budget and priorities my residents have and finding them a home that fits ALL of their needs.
