Established in 2000.

After his graduation from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2000, Mr. Abbott was admitted to the Alabama State Bar. Additionally, he is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Georgia as well as in the Poarch Band of Creek Indians Tribal Court. He is a member of the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama as well as for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and 11th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. The Abbott Law Firm was founded in 2011 and originally located in Pell City, St. Clair County, Alabama. The firm re-​located to Birmingham, Alabama in 2014. The Abbott Law Firm represents clients across the state of Alabama, and currently has litigation pending in multiple states and jurisdictions across the country.
