M&BPN serves the seven county region of South Central New Yro which includeds: Broome, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Otsego, Tioga and Tompkins counties.

Our mission: To improve pregnancy & birth outcomes and to support the health and development of individuals and families.

Our core service areas include:

* Prenatal/​perinatal information, referral, education and support

* Support & educaiton for parents of infants and toddlers

* Teen pregnancy prevention education and support

* Access to health insurance

Our administrative offices are located in Binghamton, along with our Binghamton PAL Family Resource Center. We have 3 additional Family Resource Centers located in Norwich, Sidney, and Walton. These centers are a place for parents to come with their children (ages 0 – 5) to play, get out of the house, and mingle with other parents.
