We had a problem with our washing machine not moving to the next cycle. I called
several places and eventually talked with Don. He was so helpful to me, telling me
what he thought it was, what part I needed and where to get it for the best price
and that his son could walk us through it after we got the part. His price for fixing
the washer was very reasonable. But because of his kind help we ended up being able to do it ourselves. This company is definitely not just out for your money. We
were incredibly impressed and will call them first in the future if we have further
appliance trouble and will also refer others to him. Don certainly went above and
beyond the call of duty just to be a helpful and kind person. We are very impressed
and recommend this company highly. Mary Lee
