Ya Ya’s

I do really feel bad when I have to leave a bad review but if my review can help others from getting burned on their purchases then I feel it’s the right thing to do. I came in on 7-​6-​2015 with my sons from out of town to look at the great selection of products. We had about 30mins before the store closed. After looking around we decided to purchase a piece of body jewelry. Their was two girls and a guy working. The girls kept going between each other trying to get the purchase done. I was never once given the jewelry to check out or touch before purchasing nor was I offered that option. We promptly left the store so they could close. I got back to my hotel and realized after opening the bag the threads on the top ball of the barbell was completely stripped and it was noticeable straight out of the bag that the employee placed it in. I couldn’t go to the store the next day but returned at opening on the second day. I was told that they would not exchange the jewelry for another piece or give me a replacement ball. The two guys working 7-​9-​2015 would not even hear the problem or consider that it was the stores problem it was broken. They flat out said no, we will not exchange the jewelry, all sales are final. Check your products completely before leaving the store. The guy that worked 7-​6-​2015 was a really nice guy and he talked to my boys about local things to do, so that was very nice of him and polite.

My first time here was this week, and Zachary was the salesman and true example of southern hospitality when it came to a customer service and overall demeanor.
The other sales representatives were also helpful and friendly, but Zachary definitely stood out in the helpful department. I had called the place earlier in the week regarding a particular item I was looking for, and a gentleman by the name of Chris answer the phone and was also very helpful, and was ultimately the reason I was able to check this amazing little diamond in the ruff.
Definitely a little pricey, but typical market prices for the novelty shop that it is.
