I’m giving them one star only because you have to give them something. I was treated horribly, lied to, and left with merchandise they ruined. I dropped off a pair of Converse and a picnic basket to be monogrammed in Nov. and said I needed before Dec. 18 at the absolute latest. I explained the font, size, and position of the monogram for each item to her. I was told it would be ready before then and I stopped by on Dec. 16 to check on it and it had not been touched! The girl who took it from me was even surprised. I received a message Dec. 16 the shoes were done but they couldn’t do the basket that was a teacher gift for Dec. 18. When I called back the girl all but lied to me that the monograms were done in the order they are received when in actuality I was told the day I went in to check on them she had not done them because they did not need to be done until before Dec. 18(so they were put off). So I had to rush get another gift because I did not have time to bring the basket to another monogram service. The shoe monogram was not done in the location or size I asked for and was poorly stitched. We asked for them to be redone and the owner said they could do that and would call us Monday. They called Tues. evening on Dec. 22 to tell me they can’t fix them and come get them. I asked for my money back, when she gave me the wrong amount I gave her the receipt showing the correct amount she refused to give me the money back in large denominations and rudely gave me a bunch of change to make up the difference and asked me if I realized she was losing money by giving me a refund… Does she realized she ruined a new pair of shoes AND2 Christmas presents? If so she did not care because I never once received an apology for the horrible job or the inconvenience the whole situation caused!
