Starbucks

OK so I’ve noticed lately that everything has improved since my last review (cleanliness, food counter). The staff have always been wonderful. But with these two improvements, I’m upping it a star!
It’s still one of the few Biloxi locations to get your «hipster» on (as noted in my previous review)…and yes, there are some in town! Don’t be a snob about Biloxi

Can you really review Starbucks? Uh, heck yea you can. lets go!
Location: drive thru! It’s a hit or miss, one time I swear I waited like 20min for 2 drinks. Other times, I blink and I’ve should’ve drove up like 5min ago.
They close at 9pm (almost like everything else in this gosh darn city) they’re supposed to open at 5am… although, one time it was 530am and no one was there… WHOOOOPS!
Inside: not a lot of tables. Small bar across the window, maybe sits like 4.
They have a lot of different cups/​mugs/​tumblers, etc. They only have New Orleans «You are here» mugs. Not sure if MS doesn’t have one at all.
They have all of the cookies, sandwiches, breakfast and baked goods most Starbucks have but they DON’T have any salads or Bistro boxes. Which honestly, is a bummer for me.
The staff is pretty chill, now… it was kind of sketch going in at first (a few months ago) because most of them have like, no personalities, sort of like robots. You could totally tell that there was tension and/​or the team just didn’t vibe well. My favs tho: Brooke, Danica, Cotton, Tavia, Chloe and shoot, there’s one more. Next time I go hopefully I can get a name.
Important: If the drink doesn’t taste right, they’re super chill about it and will make you a new one. It has never been an issue.

Always get my order right and always fast and friendly. My favorite southern MS Starbucks! I travel in the opposite direction 3 miles before work to get my coffee here and then turn around and head to work. That should tell us something when there is another one I could make on my route to work.

I was in Biloxi for work… and finding a Starbucks was a good day! I am a coffee addict! This location was great! The staff was always polite and friendly! And I have to say that my Americano was absolutely perfect every day I was there! Thank you!

The wife and I stopped needed a caffeine fix, so we made a quick detour to hit this drive thru. Big mistake, HUGE!!! Only one car in front of us that had already ordered and it took them approximately 7 mins to get a tall Frappé. Now, it was our turn for our iced coffee, add another 7 minutes. I watched the employee have a conversation on her phone as opposed to actually doing her job to fulfill my order. After she hung up her phone, she proceeded to make my order, smiled as she handed me the order and then apologize for the wait.
I was a bit pleased at the surprised look on her face when I called her out on the fact it took 15 minutes for two drinks and a phone call. Coming from a family of small business owners, I hope my calling her out on the poor service will lead to better service for y’all! Coffee was good though!

Very good coffee and food items. Polite, friendly staff. Place is always very clean and orderly.

Baristas are friendly. Bathrooms are clean. Good place to people watch. Haven’t been disappointed with my coffee yet. My go to coffee place in town.

If you are from out-​of-​town know that this Starbucks moves in slow motion. Otherwise it’s a Starbucks.

Great place to have a quick meeting. Very clean and friendly staff. It definitely makes up for the overpriced coffee.
Oh and I asked the guy to just make ‘whatever’ and he did, and it was the best coffee I’ve had yet… I definitely recommend getting whatever he made next time you hit up a Starbucks!

My favorite Starbucks location. Super friendly staff. Always polite and attentive. I meet with friends and hang out at this Starbucks on occasion. Most times I go through the drive-​thru. They always get my order out to me in a timely manner and always get it right :). It’s definitely a breath of fresh air going through a drive-​thru and arriving at my destination without stuff missing/​wrong in my order.

its starbucks, what do you really need to say. good everytime. spendy, yes. constant, yes. there ya go.

Staff is SUPER friendly and patrons are respectful of those studying. Not many tables though, so if you plan on camping out for a while make sure you get in before rush hours. Don’t forget to tip your baristas!

Coffee is always as ordered and the service is always friendly! All you can ask for when driving through!

Stop here almost everyday with BF. Hooked on Starbucks but the service here is great and quick. Drive-​through is awesome. No wrong orders yet!

Ok I’m hooked on Starbuck’s as it is. This one isn’t really any different from any other, but the peeps here are usually pretty nice so hence the 5.

Brand new location — First on the Coast that is not inside a casino — Full Service. Staff was very friendly, great atmosphere. Nice place to spend a rainy day. Welcome Starbucks!
