Gave it 3 tries and this place doesn’t live up to its hype. I got charred pulled pork in my sandwich, only thing I liked from here was the chips.

Great food that is cooked right in front of you. Students are Keelser AFB are mainly here, the food is delicious, it’s expensive but its much better than any of the chain food offered at the BX’s.

Oh yeah, I didn’t write a review for this place yet. Hohoho, well then, since I am no longer stationed here, and thus, cannot support this joint financially directly, allow me to serve it a very generous helping of fanboy textgasms instead. Yu S.: «Alright, contestants! Ready for today’s game? Ready or not… Question 1!!: Where can I get the best food on Keesler AFB?» Contestant #1: «That’s a tough question. I guess I like that Dickey’s BBQ place next to the gas station.» Contestant #2: «Lol. Easy, the asian food in the exchange. I love me some orange chicken.» Yu S.: «Incorrect. The answer is Roller’s BBQ. Contestant 1, that was a good guess. However, that Dickey’s is not a normal Dickey’s; ergo, it’s shittier. Contestant 2, that is an extremely disturbing answer. I would only go to that Chinese place if I was contemplating food poisoning. So, it’s a tie game so far… Question 2!!: Can one dude in a tent/truck/awning/etc. make better food than 98% of all restaurants?» Contestant #1: «I think so, because where I used to live, there was this one Italian food truck that had some of the best pasta I’ve ever had.» Contestant #2: «Nah, that’s why Applebee’s steak is the best.» Yu S.: «Contestant 1, that is correct, because the fajitas at Roller’s BBQ are better than 98% of all restaurants, and everything else they make is fantastic too! Contestant 2, once again you have me worried. At this point, I recommend that you see the base chaplin. And with that… Contestant 1 is the winner today! See you next time!

I came here with three other classmates. They said it was good. I thought it was okay. Therefore I gave them 4 stars. One had the pulled pork and the rest of us had the chicken fajitas. My classmate thought the sandwich was small. The fries are cut fresh in front of you and fried on the spot. It was truly fresh cut fries. You also can get chips which are also fried fresh. There is a convenience fee if you use a credit card. No fee if you pay cash. It was a beautiful day today. Good day to sit outside! Weather is wonderful!

Great local place found while driving around the base. The fajitas and the pulled pork are cooked/smoked on site. If you’re close, you can’t miss the intoxicating smell of grilled onions and smoked pork. The fries and chips are made fresh on the spot when ordered from whole potatoes. You can choose to eat outside or during unpleasant weather you can go inside the shopette.
